Catching Z's: The Millennials Guide to Mindfulness

May 22, 2017

If you saw Noah on the streets, you wouldn't know that he's a Buddhist meditation teacher.  That's what makes him so real. Tattoos from his legs to his neck, each one with a unique story.   As unique as Noah is himself.  From writing 4 books to being the subject of a documentary about his life, to being involved in the wildly popular Wanderlust movement, we are thrilled to have Noah Levine join us on this podcast.

Noah shares his journey from being an addict to finding meditation as a helpful tool towards his road to recovery.  He shares how his own personal meditation practice and how that has helped him be so effective in the many organizations that he runs today.  Noah was an awesome guest and shares some amazing insight into life, buddhism, and more!
