We had an awesome time chatting with Coby Shecter on this episode of Catching Z's. At his age, he already understands the benefits of being mindful and having a consistent yoga practice. Coby chats with us about what got him into Yoga in the first place and what it means to be a mindful millennial in todays world. He talks to us about the similarities in mindfulness vs. yoga, how to make a consistent practice out of any mindfulness technique, and also about how much his grandparents love his dreads.
