We had the privilege of speaking to David Da Silva this week about his journey into mindfulness and how he is applying that in his work as a mental conditioning coach with athletes from around the world. He talks about getting into mindfulness at the age of 14 when he became fascinated by the concept of Flow from a book he read. He talks to us about how different sports require different mindfulness exercises and about the 4 pillars of mental conditioning: Goal setting, self talk, visualization, and energy management. We get into his work at IMG and how they "want to develop better people and inspire them to make positive changes!" Some amazing stuff he is doing at IMG and a delightful human being and we can't wait for you to have a listen!
