We are thrilled to be joined today by Dr. Latrice Drain. She is the owner/founder of her own psychology practice, L3 Group LLC, and that is just the beginning! Bringing with her the knowledge of being a Doctor in International Psychology, an author, a meditation teacher and an all around amazing person she shares with us some outstanding information about bringing mindfulness into her psychology practice.
She touches on what it means to deep, deep, DEEP breathe, and introduces us to the concept of Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavior Therapy (You heard it here first!).
